Maj Gen Sanjay Soi (Retd) is a distinguished military leader and strategic advisor with over 36 years of service in the Indian Armed Forces.

He brings deep expertise in national security, defence strategy, geopolitics and international relations shaped through senior command and policy roles across diverse operational environments. His experience spans leadership development, force readiness and institutional capability building.

He currently serves as a Defence, Geopolitical and International Affairs Expert providing strategic insights on global affairs, security environments and public policy through advisory engagements and media commentary. Dr. C.K. Gandhirajan brings over three decades of distinguished public service and leadership experience to the Strategic Advisory Council. A retired IPS officer from the 1985 Tamil Nadu cadre and former Director General of Police, Fire & Rescue Services, he has held key leadership roles across law enforcement, intelligence, crime investigation and enforcement risk management.

A recipient of the President’s Police Medal for Gallantry, Dr. Gandhirajan is widely recognized for his expertise in risk intelligence, enforcement and security risk management, crisis management and organizational resilience.
