Shanmukh M L is a distinguished board leader, business strategist and enterprise transformation expert with over 35 years of experience in driving growth, governance and organizational excellence across technology, defence, logistics and public-sector enterprises.
A former Board Director at Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), he played a key role in shaping corporate strategy and leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that contributed to the company’s growth. He also served as Acting Chairman & Managing Director and Acting Director (Finance), guiding critical strategic and business decisions.
Following his tenure at BEL, he served as Strategic Business Advisor to Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) and continues to advise organizations on strategy, leadership, governance and organizational transformation. He has also served on multiple Board Selection Committees, assessing and recommending candidates for board and senior leadership positions, bringing deep expertise in governance, leadership evaluation and succession planning.
Shanmukh has contributed extensively to industry and policy forums through leadership roles with All India Management Association, Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India, Confederation of Indian Industry and National HRD Network. His contributions have been recognized through prestigious honors including the Chanakya Award and recognition as a Distinguished Fellow.

Major General Sanjay Soi (Retd)
Maj Gen Sanjay Soi (Retd) is a distinguished military leader and strategic advisor with over 36 years of service in the Indian Armed Forces.
He brings deep expertise in national security, defence strategy, geopolitics and international relations shaped through senior command and policy roles across diverse operational environments. His experience spans leadership development, force readiness and institutional capability building.
He currently serves as a Defence, Geopolitical and International Affairs Expert providing strategic insights on global affairs, security environments and public policy through advisory engagements and media commentary. He is also an Independent Director of a global company and associated with international advisory forums.
Within the Strategic Advisory Council, he contributes expertise in geopolitical risk assessment and strategic foresight. He supports board-level deliberations on security, regional stability and enterprise risk. He also brings strengths in governance, crisis leadership and stakeholder alignment, supporting informed and resilient strategic decision-making.
Brig Vidur Nevrekar (Retd)
Brig Vidur Nevrekar is a distinguished Indian Army veteran with over three decades of leadership experience in strategic decision-making, operational command of an artillery brigade, governance, talent assessment and organizational development. A former President of the Services Selection Board (SSB), he brings deep expertise in leadership assessment, behavioural evaluation, executive selection and human capital development.
He also serves as an Independent Director on the board of a listed company, contributing to corporate governance, board oversight, risk management, regulatory compliance and ethical leadership.
As a member of the Strategic Advisory Council, Brig Nevrekar provides strategic guidance on governance frameworks, leadership selection, organizational resilience, enforcement risk and board-level decision-making.
Shri Ashit Mohan Prasad, IPS (Retd)

Shri Ashit Mohan Prasad is a retired Indian Police Service (IPS) officer and former Director General of Police, Karnataka with extensive experience in law enforcement, governance, regulatory oversight and public administration. He brings deep expertise in enforcement risk management, financial crime laws, corporate intelligence, sensitive investigations, regulatory compliance and public-sector governance.
A former Chief Information Commissioner and currently Professor of Practice in Law at M.S. Ramaiah School of Applied Sciences, he also serves as a Special Rapporteur with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC). Throughout his distinguished career, he has led complex investigations, intelligence-led operations and institutional governance initiatives involving high-profile and sensitive matters.
He holds qualifications in M.A. (Economics), MBA, LL.B., and Master of Business Laws (MBL), reflecting a multidisciplinary background across law, business, economics, and public policy.
As a member of the Strategic Advisory Council, Prasad provides strategic guidance on enforcement and regulatory risk, financial crime, corporate misconduct investigations, integrity due diligence, governance and crisis management. Having led multiple AMC start-ups and turnarounds, including senior roles at JPMorgan India Asset Management, IDBI Mutual Fund, and JM Financial Mutual Fund, he combines deep expertise in capital markets, governance, and regulatory frameworks with strong operational and strategic insight. A seasoned board member with over 25 years of experience, he has advised governments, industry bodies, and corporates on policy, infrastructure funding, and financial structuring. His experience in risk governance, compliance, and institutional partnerships positions him as a valuable member of the Strategic Advisory Council, guiding enterprise risk management with a balanced perspective on growth, resilience, and regulatory alignment.
Dr. C.K. Gandhirajan
Dr. C.K. Gandhirajan brings over three decades of distinguished public service and leadership experience to the Strategic Advisory Council. A retired IPS officer from the 1985 Tamil Nadu cadre and former Director General of Police, Fire & Rescue Services, he has held key leadership roles across law enforcement, intelligence, crime investigation and enforcement risk management.
A recipient of the President’s Police Medal for Gallantry, Dr. Gandhirajan is widely recognized for his expertise in risk intelligence, enforcement and security risk management, crisis management and organizational resilience. As the Founder of RIA (RiskIntel Advisors), a specialized risk advisory firm, he helps organizations anticipate emerging threats, navigate complex regulatory and operational risk environments and build secure, resilient foundations for sustainable growth.
Dr. Gandhirajan holds a Ph.D. in Criminology and has contributed extensively to research and published work on organized crime and prison systems. His rare blend of operational leadership, strategic acumen and research-driven insight enables him to provide valuable counsel to client organizations on governance, enforcement risk management, enterprise resilience and long-term value creation.

Sridhar Ranganathan, Member, Strategic Advisory Council, is a seasoned business leader and board advisor with over three decades of leadership experience spanning healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, innovation and institutional governance. As former Managing Director of Allergan India and Associate Vice President at Allergan International, he led business growth, market expansion and strategic transformation across highly regulated environments.

Subramanian Krishnan
A former distinguished member of the Indian Broadcasting Engineering Service (IBES) and former Chairman & Managing Director of Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL), Subramanian Krishnan brings over 35 years of leadership experience in critical infrastructure, governance, regulatory oversight and public-sector administration.
Having led the development and management of complex national broadcasting networks and mission-critical operations, including major international events such as the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and the 2010 Commonwealth Games, he possesses deep expertise in regulatory compliance, operational resilience, enterprise risk management, crisis preparedness and technology governance.

Arjun Ranganathan
Arjun Ranganathan is the General Counsel of Intellisview and the Managing Partner of VRV Associates Advocates. He is also an independent legal practitioner before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
With over 12 years of experience, Arjun has advised leading multinational technology, media and commercial enterprises on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters, including commercial transactions, intellectual property, technology law, regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, constitutional law and complex dispute resolution.
Prior to his current role, Arjun spent a decade at Saikrishna & Associates, one of India’s leading intellectual property law firms, where he represented Indian and international clients in high-value commercial and intellectual property disputes, competition law, consumer protection, regulatory compliance and constitutional matters. He subsequently joined the Chambers of Mr. V. Giri, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, where he assisted in several significant constitutional, commercial and appellate matters before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.
As General Counsel, Arjun leads Intellisview’s legal, governance and compliance functions. He advises the company’s leadership on corporate governance, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, risk management, intellectual property, dispute resolution and strategic legal initiatives.
